Ingredients:
-1 can of coconut milk (400 ml)
-500 ml of flour
-125 ml of sugar
-125 ml of brown sugar
Chocolate-coconut cake (lean variant, without eggs and butter)
-80 g of cocoa powder
-Glaze
-100 g chocolate (70%) + 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Heat the milk until warm.
2. In the tank sift flour, cocoa and baking powder.
3. Add both sugars and mix.
4. Pour warm milk and gently and quickly just stir.
5. Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil.
6. Pour the dough.
7. Oven for 180
8. Bake for 40 minutes
9. For the glaze melt the chocolate, add oil, mix and pour over the top.
I did with dairy + a little cream — melted and poured.
